What Our Clients say about us

The trust relationship to me is paramount.  You need someone good that you can trust because you are hurting and not well….to have someone you can rely on.  When you’ve been hurt, you aren’t yourself and you are trying to unlock doors you aren’t familiar with.  When you aren’t making money and you can’t drive, you are really worried…you are so far down.  Channing supported  me emotionally, which is what you need so much when you are feeling so bad about yourself.  Having someone like Channing is a wonderful thing (and he didn’t charge by the hour for it).  But, the trust issue is really at the heart of it.

Jean T. lives in Fitchburg.  She had a work related accident that injured both her knee and her spine.

When it was time to go to court… He said “the choice is yours”. He then detailed the pros and cons. He answered all of our questions and concerns. We felt he really helped us make the right decision.

Jack B. is describing Channing and his work related to his wife’s Workers Compensation case. (They now live in Florida, but were from Framingham, Massachusetts).

Hmmm…I can’t think of the exact words I want.  I really want to say “brilliant”.  But, I don’t want people to think I’m being corny.  He was really an excellent attorney. I truly feel in my heart if I had stayed with the original attorney, there never would have been that civil trial. But without me trusting Channing, I would be in real trouble now.  I wouldn’t be self sufficient like I can be now.  All because of him now, I own my own home.  It’s totally mine.  I have the freedom to live where I want to live for the rest of life.

Jack R.’s  case started as a workers compensation claim (with Channing) but then developed into a civil lawsuit (with Sherrill Cline) as well.   Click here to read of his further comments.

I had two cases.  Channing did my social security disability and work comp claims.  He knew all the  laws and explained everything really clear.  He  also was a straight shooter…  He was never trying to cheat anybody, no cheating or lying from him.

I ended up talking to a friend who was a nurse in occupational medicine in Penn.  My friend passed on Channing’s name, so I called him up.  I feel very grateful because I was never able to go back to that type of work.  Without him, my present financial situation would have been really desperate.

R. S.  is from Boston and had a repetitive strain injury case.  This is a very common injury that deserves renumeration… click here for more details about her case.

Channing always talks at my level … he’s very easy to talk to.

Worker’s Comp is hard and frustrating on both ends.  Channing doesn’t lie.  That’s so positive. He doesn’t make up a story. If he doesn’t know, he’ll say that.  Even though you want to hear the lies since you are feeling so down. He treats you with respect, always calls back and follows through.

Channing helped me get vocational re-training… I like my new job a lot better than old job.  It all worked out so well.
